vision 2012 - 9th Sept 2012

By Mars Hill Podcasts in vision sunday on 9th September 2012

I read about the faithful followers of Jesus, both men and woman, like Pricilla and Aquilla, who were instrumental in telling and teaching people about Jesus and a new way to live. I read how hard they worked, both for the church but also in their business (Paul a tent maker), to earn money for their families. How they were motivated by Jesus, how they had vision and direction, how many people got saved healed and...

vision sunday: Momentum, the increase that never ends!

By Mars Hill Podcasts in vision sunday on 14th September 2014 | Duration: 00:40:49

2014, so far, has been an incredible year, which we should be thanking God for and celebrating together. We have seen many people come to faith get baptised and plug in. We have seen the church grow numerically and spiritually. We have seen the impact we are having on the community increase. We know this is just the beginning of the momentum of increase that God desires to have over this nation and world. If we desire to see the continuation of this momentum we need to be a people of presence!...

By Mars Hill Podcasts in Marriage on 25th November 2012 | Duration: 00:56:34

The 3 important things about any race are: Taking part, whether you finish, and particularly how well you finish.   This is true with all of our lives including our marriages.     When it comes to marriage, so many couples are encouraged to invest so much time, energy, and money to get the perfect wedding.   From the florist, to the caterer, to the photographer, to the attendants, to the attire, it is all about having a great first day.   But what about the rest of life?     We need to live everyday for the Glory of God, seeking his face and bringing his Kingdom, because the truth is you just don t know when your last day will be.   Today may be all you...
